My Approach
Through my own journey and personal challenges, I’ve explored a variety of tools—some of which brought meaningful results. However, I often found something missing: a truly comprehensive, holistic approach that integrates deep mind work, connection with your emotions combined with the innate wisdom of the body.​
In my experience—both personal and while working with others—I’ve observed that what we think we want, or believe is best for us, isn’t always aligned with our deeper truth. Often, we unconsciously sabotage our own goals and dreams. More often than not, this stems from our nervous system not feeling safe with the change we’re trying to create. In its own subtle way, the body signals that something isn’t right—not because we’re incapable, but because we haven’t yet created the inner safety required for transformation.

Around 90% of what we do, say, and think is guided by the subconscious mind—it profoundly affects how we feel, behave, and experience life. In our work together, we’ll explore both the conscious and subconscious layers—including what may be hidden beneath the surface—and how these parts influence your everyday reality.

Emotion—e-motion—is energy in motion. Together, we’ll acknowledge this energy, give it a name, and learn how to befriend it with care, kindness, compassion and curiosity.

Body—soma—is the language of feeling. We’ll work on reconnecting with your body, tuning into its sensations and signals, and learning to feel safe with it—and within it.

We will ensure that your mind, emotions, and body work together in harmony—like close allies—each supporting the other for your highest good.
How I work
I believe each of us is entirely unique—one of a kind. That’s why the methods and tools I use are always personalised and adapted to meet your needs in the present moment. What supports one person may not be right for another and part of my role is to honour that individuality and respond to what’s most helpful for you, here and now.

Throughout our journey together, my aim is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard and that you are not alone. I will be your companion, walk beside you not to tell you what you should or shouldn’t do, or to judge your choices, but to help you uncover your power, your potential, and your inner resources. Your uniqueness—because we all have it, and we all are it. You are responsible for your life and the choices you make—and you already carry the wisdom within you.

We’ll work with your mind—both conscious and subconscious—your emotions, and your body, so that you can feel more grounded, resourced, and aligned. The goal is for you to feel more fully yourself: empowered, connected, and at peace with where you are.This integrative approach leads to deeper, more sustainable, and long-lasting desired change.

1:1 Sessions

I offer packages depending on your needs:​ 6 sessions, 9 sessions,
12 sessions (+1 extra)* or longer term collaboration.
The pace and duration of our journey will depend on you, your needs and your challenges.

​Duration: each session lasts 75 minutes.

Dates and hours will be agreed to via email.

Sessions are led in: Polish, English or Spanish
Our work together begins with an introductory session—a space for us to connect and talk about your intentions, what you're looking for, and how I can best support you. I’ll share more about how I work and answer any questions you may have, so you can get a clear sense of whether this feels like the right fit.
The session lasts around 30–40 minutes, and the investment is €65. If you decide to move forward, we’ll create a personalised coaching path that aligns with your goals and where you are in your journey.

Each change takes time, patience, and a willingness to learn. So please be kind and gentle with yourself throughout the process—after all, even Rome wasn’t built in a day.
